Relaxation (Swedish) Massage
This massage is good for general all over relaxation, working some of the painful, problem areas.
Therapeutic Massage
This massage spends more time working the painful, problem areas. It is still a full body massage.
Sacred LOMI Massage
This is a traditional Hawaiian massage that is given in a fluid, rhythmic motion similar to gentle waves moving over the body.
Prenatal Massage
This massage is for women who are expecting. It is a full body massage and depending on the stage of pregnancy, it can be done side lying. Bolsters and pillows are used to assure the client’s comfort.
Myofascial Release
This massage works with the connective tissue of the body. It can be done in conjunction with a full body relaxation or therapeutic massage.
Shiatsu
Also know as acupressure. This is a Japanese style massage with the client fully clothed, working with the acupressure points on the body.
